PROCESSING TIME
Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days after payment has been received.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
SHIPPING RATES
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions on qualifying orders.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
We currently ship throughout the United States.
Delivery times vary depending on location and carrier but generally range between 3–7 business days after shipment.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email containing your tracking information.
You can follow your package every step of the way.
LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our control.
If your package appears delayed or lost, please contact the carrier first. If you still need assistance, we’re happy to help.
INCORRECT ADDRESS

We are not responsible for delays or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect addresses provided during checkout.
