Because our inventory consists primarily of one-of-a-kind vintage pieces, all sales are generally considered final.
Please carefully review all photos, measurements, descriptions, and condition details before completing your purchase.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive the wrong item or your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item
- Photos of the packaging
We’ll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Exchanges
Since most of our products are unique, exchanges are generally unavailable.
Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before they have been shipped.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellations cannot be accepted.
Vintage Condition
Vintage clothing naturally shows signs of age and wear.
Minor imperfections are part of each item’s character and should be expected. Any significant flaws will always be clearly described and photographed in the product listing.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be issued back to your original payment method.
Please allow 5-10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund.
