We currently ship to select regions. Availability will be confirmed at checkout based on your delivery address.

All shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout. Costs are based on your location and the shipping method selected, ensuring you receive the most accurate and fair pricing.
Order Processing
Orders are processed as quickly as possible after they are placed. Once an order has been processed, it is prepared for shipment and can no longer be modified or canceled.
If you need to make a change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately after placing it, and we’ll do our best to assist before processing begins.

Damaged or Defective Items
We carefully package every candle, but if your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within a reasonable timeframe. Include your order details and photos of the issue so we can review and resolve it promptly.
Returns & Refunds
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged or defective upon arrival.
